Reserving a date: A date can be held for one week without a deposit, which allows the customer to have first option of the date if another customer is interested. A deposit must be made within 36 hours of verbal notification. A deposit (retainer fee), 20% of the total event cost, is required to reserve the date, and a contract will be completed at that time.
Photos: Vintage Court is available for bridal photos and engagement photos exclusively for our customers. These sessions should be scheduled during our business hours, by appointment only. There is no charge for this service.
Cake: Cakes are to be provided by the customer, and the baker should be a licensed, professional baker. Vintage Court will supply the disposable plates and utensils for serving the cake. A member of our staff will cut the cake, and our servers will pass the cake at no additional charge.
Decorating: As a courtesy to our customers we do allow decorating of our facility. Decorations can be provided by your florist and delivery time can be discussed at the final meeting two weeks prior to the event. Decorating must be done within a previously arranged period of time and cannot interfere with other events taking place at Vintage Court. Our staff will be happy to set up decorations provided by the customer, including centerpieces, favors, photos, etc., to eliminate the need of hiring a professional or providing a family member to decorate; however, if the decorations are excessive, a professional will be required to set up the decorations. No tape, glue, or tacks can be used on our walls or floors. No confetti, sequins, glitter, or feathers (from boas) are allowed. Candles are allowed as long as they are in protected containers, such as candle holders or glass containers. No sparklers are allowed. Fireworks must be arranged with a licensed professional and approved by Vintage Court.
Dining Policy: As a licensed caterer, ALL food must be provided by Vintage Court, with the exceptions of wedding cakes, grooms’ cakes, and edible favors. No leftover food is allowed to leave the facility. Leftover cake will be packaged and given to a designated person assigned by the Bride and Groom. ALL alcohol must be provided by Vintage Court, unless previously authorized by Vintage Court. No person under the age of 21 is allowed to consume alcohol on the premises. Vintage Court does not allow beverages on the dance floor and reserves the right to enforce said restriction. Due to the fluctuating cost of food, menu and pricing is subject to change.
